The Lightshark discussion forum is up and running.
AVL Media Group’s light product specialist Claude Viens in collaboration with Backstagecowboys.com has just created a discussion forum in the English language for Lightshark LS-1 and LS-CORE lighting console users. The fastest growing lighting community in north America can now find valuable information and ask any question to get an almost instant answer.
Claude is very active in the Canadian lighting scene training and supporting lighting professionals on Avolites and Lightshark consoles. He is also a member of CITT’s (Canadian Institute for Theater Technology) Quebec branch (CQICTS) board of directors. ‘’I chose to get involved with Lightshark because it is a unique product that fills a gap in the lighting console world and the support from the Spanish manufacturer is simply outstanding’’ says Claude.
Lightshark programmers and operators now have access to 24-hour support via the Lightshark discussion forum platform that allows users to interact with each other. There is also a section where designers can post pictures of their work and have a chance to appear on future publications from the manufacturer.
